First BloomsThis week is our second week of beautiful weather, which has to be some kind of record for Massachusetts.
All this springiness is making me giddy. My precious lilac bush has tiny, tiny purple buds and my beautiful pink peonies have magically come back to life. This is our pear tree, which is the first to bloom.
I love blooming pear trees, but one look them makes me want to sneeze and gag at the same time. I'm terribly allergic to them, and they smell like dead fish!
